A rare vintage, one of a kind find. This seems to be an upcycled project. A piece of garment made into a skirt. It could also be repurposed/upcycled again. Scrunchies maybe?

feels like synthetic and natural fibers blend
CONDITION:
There are some rust marks and loose threads as shown.
MEASUREMENTS:
Can fit a size M
waist across 16", hips across 21", length 12.5"
